Our Mediterranean menu draws from Persian, Armenian, Lebanese, and Turkish culinary traditions. Start with our signature mezze selection—creamy hummus, smoky baba ganoush, crispy falafel, and lamb kibbeh. Our grill features koobideh (ground beef/lamb kebab), joojeh kebab (saffron chicken), and herb-crusted lamb chops. Don't miss our traditional stews like ghormeh sabzi, served with saffron rice. Complete your meal with authentic baklava or kunafa.
Our hookah menu features premium shisha in traditional flavors (Double Apple, Mint, Grape) and signature house blends. Try our Encino Sunset (orange, passion fruit, peach), Midnight Jazz (grape, mint, spices), Golden Hour (mango, pineapple, coconut), or Mediterranean Breeze (lemon, mint, rose). We also offer nicotine-free herbal options. Every hookah is prepared by our skilled staff using natural coconut charcoal.
Carnys features live music Thursday through Sunday evenings, typically starting at 8 PM. Our rotating schedule includes jazz trios on Thursdays, energetic live bands on weekends, and relaxed acoustic performances during our Sunday sessions. We're located at 16101 Ventura Boulevard in Encino, CA 91436, in the San Fernando Valley region of Los Angeles. Free parking is available in our lot behind the building (accessible from the side street). Street parking is also available on Ventura Boulevard. Valet service is offered Thursday through Sunday evenings.
